Overview Table!

A. Problem Pinpoint

Overview Table

To evaluate a series of platform, a table shows distribution of problems so that the business director can immediately select problem to look into. It also compares performance across platforms to help him arrange the revamp schedule in order of severity.

Showing some ticks among a sea of crosses can better the feeling when seeing an array of loopholes in his product. The merits (indicated by ticks) serve as possible improvement direction & reference too.

Visualizing each issue

Visualization effectively pinpoint where each issue appears throughout the user flow to both sales & programming team.

Numbering allow quick location to the issues in the long report.

By selecting issues to consult using the overview table, the business director is still fully concentrated after the 30 minutes we walked through the issue-visualization section.

In another meeting with the developers, these detailed visual explanation allows them to understand each problem thoroughly.
